How I Can Help

More About Me

  • You’d probably never guess I started my career as a professional dancer in the entertainment industry!

    I then started working in a corporate atmosphere for a television production company. There I was, sitting at my desk at my nine-to-five, staring out the window and thinking, “This can’t be my life.”

    From that moment, I began rediscovering myself, reflecting on the highs and lows of my life in the entertainment industry. I realized that what animated my life was dance, creativity, and helping others navigate their mental and emotional well-being in the creative space.

    I took a bold step and decided to move into a more meaningful and fulfilling career that aligned with my values, interests, and aspirations.

  • I find my balance through various activities that rejuvenate me. Dancing is my ultimate form of self-care, joy, excitement, and happiness. It gives me a sense of liberation. I also enjoy working out on the Peloton or at the gym.

    Spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends is non-negotiable; they provide me with support and cherished moments of connection.

    And, of course, there’s Netflix. I love binge-watching some of my favorite shows on Netflix. It’s my way to unwind and recharge. Who doesn’t love a good Netflix series?

    All these things help me bring my best self to our sessions and offer you the support you deserve.
